I passed the aptitude test but haven’t heard anything - what now?

Congrats on passing! It’s important to note that passing the aptitude test does not guarantee entry into a programme. We work with funding partners to make our programmes available to young people globally, and these often have specific geographical and career path requirements. We collect all your information when you complete an application so that when a programme is available, we can match you to it if it suits where you’re at. 

Once you’re in the community, we’ll match you to opportunities based on your interests and strengths. When a programme becomes available that fits your profile, you’ll be invited to join.
