I keep getting logged out / login doesn’t “stick”

This login flow stores a token in your browser (local storage). If your browser blocks or clears local storage, you may be forced to log in again.

Common causes

• Strict privacy settings

• “Clear cookies and site data on exit”

• Corporate device policies

• Some ad/privacy extensions

Fix

• Allow site data for the Retool domain you’re using.

• Disable “clear on exit” for that site.

• Try a different browser/profile.
