I enter my details, click Login, and nothing seems to happen

Normally, after a successful login you should be redirected into the portal.

Common causes

• Slow network connection or a temporary service issue

• Browser extensions (privacy blockers) interfering

• A temporary database/network error

What to do

• Wait a few seconds and try again.

• Refresh the page and retry.

• Try an incognito/private window.

• Try a different browser (Chrome is usually best for Retool apps).
