“We couldn’t sign you in. Something went wrong…” — what does that mean?

This message indicates a system error (not wrong credentials). For example:

  • Database connection issue

  • Network hiccup

  • Unexpected server-side error

What to do

  • Try again after 1–2 minutes.

  • If it persists, report the issue (see “Report issue” below) and include:

    • the email you tried logging in with (if appropriate)

    • time of attempt

    • screenshot of the error message
